Celebration

I'm celebrating!

Celebrating because I had enough energy to get back into the studio. And celebrating my SELF and my accomplishments, because that was the assignment for Lesson #6 in Life Book.

Here is an image of the beginnings of the current piece.

In it I am celebrating the beauty that has come forth since I began to truly follow my heart and honor my inner wisdom. The paint-over-collage piece that I am currently working on reflects these values. The dress she is wearing is a page from a book. This page is all about trusting your intuition. Hooray for trusting my intuition.

I received a very strong message from my spirit guides last spring. The told me repeatedly and in no uncertain terms to "Follow My Heart and Don't Worry Where the Money Will Come From."  My life depended on it.

A terrifying prospect for me, yet one that has shown itself to be true in my life since that point.

Trusting my intuition has brought painting and countless other miracles into my life. Following my heart has meant that I look forward to each day now, loving what is lined up for me. And through it all the universe has supported me in ways I never could have imagined.

Money keeps showing up right when I need it. I am always taken care of.

Miracles abound.

These life lessons are the ones I am celebrating with this art journal page.

She's not done yet. I'll share her once she is. She looks a bit sad to me, as if she hasn't completely soaked up her brilliance. Sounds a bit like me some days.

Update: February 26th. Here she is, completed:
